Are rates per room or per person? Do they include taxes?
Our rates are calcolated per room per night, including 10% of tax. City taxes (3,00 – 5,00 € per person per day) are not included.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do accept all kinds of credit cards.
How can I book?
As a rule, to guarantee your reservation we ask for a prepayment, which can be made by bank transfer or by providing the details of the credit card (number and expiration date). During high season or special events (for example fair periods) we require advance payment of the entire stay. For reservation made the same arrival day, we require a mobile phone number and the estimated arrival time.
Is there a time limit for the check-in and re-entering to the hotel at night?
The reception is open for the check in from 02:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.
Since every guest has the special entrance key, can enter to the room any time at night.
What time must rooms be left?
Check-out must be made within 10:00 a.m. In case of late departure you will be charged an extra € 10.00 per hour.
Do You have an Internet connection?
A WI-FI network, covering all public areas and all rooms, is available completely free and without limits . The service has no activation fees.
How are double beds? – Bed sizes?
We do not have double mattresses, but only single ones that are joined. The measures of our singles are: length 190 cm – width 80 cm.
What time is breakfast?
Breakfast service not available for the pandemic emergency reasons.

Is it expensive to reach the hotel from the airport by taxi? Is the shuttle more convenient?
The shuttle service Marconi Express connecting the airport with the Central Railway Station has a cost of € 9,20 per ride per person. The cost of the taxi is about € 18-20 per way. We therefore recommend, if you are more people, the second solution.
How far is the bus-stop to get to the city centre?
The bus stop is in via di Corticella, less than 50 Mt. far from the hotel. The bus line number to take is the 27.
