Rates and Conditions
- RATES are per room, per night and always include 10% of tax.
- THE CITY TAX (3,00-5,00 € per person per day) is not included and must be paid separately.
- PARKING SPACE is available inside our private GARAGE and has an extra cost of € 7,00 per day. Space is limited, so please ask for it in advance – reservation is required.
- FREE WI-FI NETWORK available in all public areas and rooms.
Cancellation policy:
ROOM RATE WITH FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 5 / 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 or 30 DAYS BEFORE the scheduled arrival date. We require a bank trasfer or credit card with an available credit to guarantee the reservation. The full payment must be made on arrival. For late cancellations or for no-show we apply the penalty which is equal to the cost for the ENTIRE STAY.
PREPAID AND NON-REFUNDABLE ROOM RATES
Payment of the entire stay has to be made IN ADVANCE by credit card or by bank transfer. In case of cancellation or no-show, NO AMOUNT will be refunded.
